About the Event

It is with deep regret that our Board of Directors has decided in this uncertain environment with the pandemic status of COVID-19, to cancel the upcoming clinic days the end of April, with KC LaPierre.

We hope to reschedule something in the future (maybe in the late fall/early winter). We had a lot of interest in the subject of dissection for his lecture and demo.  We will keep you updated. In the meantime, please take care of yourselves and your families.

CLINIC CANCELED

Our Annual Spring Clinic will be held April 24 and 25, 2020.  KC LaPierre from the Institute of Equine Podiatry (www.equinepodiatry.com) will be giving a lecture Friday morning, teaching internal mapping, finding the coffin bone and working around it.  The afternoon will be a presentation of dissection of a healthy and a compromised hoof. Saturday will be limited to 20 participants who will work in pairs on dissection. Particpants on Saturday must be pre-paid to save their spot for the dissection. Friday cost for members is $50, dues $35, or non-member $100. Saturday cost for members is $75, dues $35, or non-member $115. Both days include light lunch. Sign up form.

This event has been approved for 12 American Association of Professional Farriers (AAPF) Continuing Education Credits (6 credits per day).  For more information visit their website - www.ProfessionalFarriers.com. It is the AAPF member's responsibility to sign the form to earn credits.
